Booking an appointment:

By booking and attending an appointment with Ear Ear Wax Removal, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We’ve kept it straightforward so there’s no confusing jargon, just clarity.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person

• Please arrive on time, if you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule
• We aim to keep to times, but occasionally, appointments may run over and we appreciate your patience
• All treatment fees are clearly outlined before your appointment
• Payment is due at the time of your treatment, unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash/card/online payments

Cancellations and missed appointments:

• Life happens. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may still be charged for

Suitability for treatment:

• Your safety is our priority. We will carry out a consultation to assess if microsuction or irrigation is suitable for you
• If we are unable to proceed due to medical reasons, for example, an infection or perforated eardrum, you will only be charged the consultation fee
• In some cases, you may be advised to contact your GP or ENT specialist

Medical Disclaimer:

• Whilst every care is taken during your treatments, procedures carry a small risk
• Possible side effects, although rare, include temporary discomfort and possibly dizziness
• You will be asked to complete a consent form before treatment begins

Liability:

  • We do not accept liability for any complications arising if aftercare advice is not followed
  • Or you withhold important medical information
  • Or treatment is undertaken against clinical advice

Privacy and confidentiality:​

  • All personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations
  • Your information is confidential and will only be shared with your consent or where legally required​
